Breathe

'Breathe' is a short film created from a very personal response to the mixed messages women are confronted with in the media today. The film idea emerged from a conversation between two women about all of the things we do, almost subconsciously from a place of engrained fear or doubt. In spite of that instinctual behavior, we don't live in a place of fear; we choose to be empowered and strive to quiet the negative voices from the world outside and those that rise from within.
